At Xinmin Primary School, the Football CCA aims to inculcate sportsmanship and nurture a passion for football in our student-athletes. Through a structured and holistic programme, students are developed as confident collaborators and leaders, while building character and a lifelong love for the sport.
3E CCA Development Tier Programme:
Our Football programme adopts the school’s 3E approach—Expose, Extend
and Excel—to support the progressive development of every student. Regardless
of their tier placement, students are equipped with both fundamental and
advanced football skills, while cultivating positive values and discipline.
The programme encourages students to remain active and continue engaging
in football beyond their school years.
National School Games (NSG):
Students are given opportunities to represent the school in the annual
National School Games (NSG), where both Senior and Junior teams participate.
Emphasis is placed on the spirit of participation and learning, with students
expected to uphold the school’s core values of Integrity, Care, Respect,
Responsibility, and Resilience. Through these experiences, team captains
and players develop leadership skills as they support one another through
both successes and challenges.
Inter-School Friendly Matches:
In addition, students take part in inter-school friendly matches with
neighbouring schools. These platforms provide valuable opportunities to
build connections, gain match experience, refine their skills, and further
strengthen teamwork and leadership.
